GROUP FOUNDER

Abdullah Mohammed Al Mazrui is an Emirati businessman and entrepreneur from Abu Dhabi. He founded his family business in 1972. The Group’s companies are now market leaders in various sectors including oil & gas, retail, trading, construction & logistics, education, real estate and financial investments. Mr. Mazrui has cemented his reputation as a leader of the Arab oil & gas industry through long standing strategic partnerships with Baker Hughes, Schlumberger and Cameron International. Recent Joint Ventures with ENI Versalis, Woodserv, and Ramco reflect his continued influence in the oil & gas sector. Mr. Mazrui is the Chairman of several companies and institutions, including Emirates Insurance Company, International School of Choueifat, Aramex, Jashanmal National Company, National Catering Co. He also sits on the Board of Directors for the following organizations and institutions: Depa, Investcorp, Dun & Bradstreet and Emirates Specialties Company. Mr. Mazrui holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honors from the Chapman University of California, USA. He has been listed as one of the world’s most influential and respected Arab businessmen.

GROUP CEO

Charbel guides the Group's overall direction, growth and priorities, leading its strategy, operations, mergers and acquisitions , project finance and joint ventures.

His role enables him to use his 19 years of business and law experience to make a compelling contribution to the UAE economy.

DANIEL RAGETTE
GROUP CFO

Daniel brings with him more than 25 years of professional experience in Finance, Investment Banking and Consulting within multinational environments.

He is responsible for the financial activities at the Mazrui Group including Finance, Control, Planning, Treasury and Financial.

Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)

Mark oversees the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with the Group’s ambitious growth objectives, driving organizational success through strategic people management.

His expertise extends across all HR functions, mergers and acquisitions, strategic talent management and ESG, and he is committed to fostering high-performing teams, and creating inclusive work environments across diverse cultures and business landscapes.
